The School of Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences (IAS) invites you to join us for Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Writing & Poetics prospective student day. This is an excellent opportunity to hear from the IAS Graduate Office, engage with faculty and current students, and attend a class. For this session, prospective students will have the opportunity to experience Rebecca Brown's Between Prose and Poetry course.

Artist-in-Residence Rebecca Brown is a writer, visual artist, performer and curator.  She published over a dozen books of fiction, essay, and hybrid forms and shown work in galleries in the US and Canada.  She has written for theater, opera and performance and collaborated with actors, dancers, musicians and painters to create texts for performance, installation and the page.  Her recent books are Not Heaven, Somewhere Else; American Romances; The Last Time I Saw You; and The End of Youth.
